Refund policy
What a responsible return-of-funds process needs to cover. This preview accepts no funds and processes no refunds.
For this interface preview only. Legal review and operator-specific details are required before a live launch.
Current status
No deposits or exchanges are processed by this preview, so there are no live orders to refund. This is a proposed framework; binding refund rules must match the contracted exchange provider and applicable law before launch.
Before and after execution
A pending live order may be cancellable before execution if the provider allows it and no legal restrictions apply. Completed blockchain exchanges generally cannot be reversed. Sending funds does not guarantee that a refund can be made.
Incorrect deposits
Wrong assets, unsupported networks, missing memos, expired quotes, and below-minimum deposits may require manual recovery or be unrecoverable. Never assume a recovery is possible. A provider must explain availability, recovery charges, and requirements before attempting recovery.
Compliance restrictions
Deposits under legal or compliance review may not be immediately returnable. A provider may require ownership evidence or additional information. Sanctions or other legal restrictions may prohibit a return. No timeline is guaranteed.
Fees and refund destination
Where lawful and supported, a refund should return to an appropriately verified address. Any deductions, service costs, or network fees must be explained before a refund is approved. A refund may be less than the original deposit due to disclosed costs.
Request process
Before launch, a verified support channel must be published. A live refund request should include an order ID, transaction hash, asset, network, and relevant details—never a seed phrase or private key. Requests must follow the actual provider terms and applicable consumer protections.
