Terms of service
Simple expectations for using the Swapee preview, with clear boundaries around real crypto transactions.
For this interface preview only. Legal review and operator-specific details are required before a live launch.
How swaps work
Swapee is an interface. It never holds your crypto. Each swap is executed by a third-party exchange partner, which issues the deposit address and sends the output directly to your wallet under its own terms. The amount you receive is shown before you swap, with every service and network cost already included, so nothing is charged on top. While partner keys are not configured, the site runs in preview mode and the deposit addresses shown are placeholders. Do not send funds to them.
Operator and live-service prerequisites
A live service requires an identified legal operator, applicable jurisdiction and dispute forum, any required licenses or registrations, contracted exchange providers, compliance procedures, verified support contacts, and counsel-approved terms. None are represented as already in place.
Eligibility and acceptable use
You must be an adult with legal capacity and comply with the laws that apply to you. Do not use the site for sanctions evasion, financial crime, unauthorized access, abuse, or misleading others. Production geographic and eligibility restrictions must be specified by the actual operator.
Quotes and transactions
Preview calculations are not offers. A live order must state its asset pair, networks, amounts, service and network fees, quote expiry, deposit instructions, compliance requirements, and provider terms before acceptance. Floating rates can change; fixed rates are not locked until explicitly confirmed.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for checking wallet addresses, networks, memos, amounts, and tax obligations. Blockchain transfers are generally irreversible. Do not share wallet recovery phrases or private keys. A format check does not establish address ownership or guarantee delivery.
Compliance and refunds
Live transactions may be screened, reviewed, declined, delayed, or restricted as required by law or provider rules. Refund availability depends on the actual order, legal restrictions, and the refund policy. No unconditional no-KYC, no-freezing, or guaranteed-refund promise is made.
Risk and liability
Crypto assets are volatile and can lose value. Technical failures, provider failures, liquidity issues, and network congestion can affect outcomes. The preview provides no investment advice. Final warranties, liability limitations, and mandatory consumer rights must be determined by applicable law and reviewed before launch.
Changes and disputes
These draft terms may change as the product is implemented. Final notice procedures, complaint handling, governing law, and dispute resolution must identify the legal operator and cannot override mandatory rights.
